M.I.N.E. for Power FAQs
What is a Wellness & Liberation Coach?
Through various wellness and introspective practices and exercises, I guide my clients to mine their relationship with themselves to focus on influences, and with the influences around them. These influences can either aid them or hinder them from living a liberated life.
Influences?
By definition, influences have the capacity to change and affect, or bring about a specific outcome. Through M.I.N.E for Power, we understand influences to be the people around us, our environment, our beliefs, our experiences, our groups and affiliations, habits and thoughts.
What is a liberated life?
A liberated life is one that is unencumbered by the masks and armor that our life experiences requires us to put on. While we cannot do away with these influences, we can understand them, learn how they affect us and how we show up. You cannot address your challenges without a plan. Let’s get to work!
How is this relevant to my professional life?
How you show up for yourself is how you show up for your purpose, and your work. If you deal with limited self-confidence, you can’t take helpful feedback to improve your expertise. If you believe asking for help diminishes your value, you won’t feel comfortable with leveraging your network for your next power move.
How do I know M.I.N.E for Power is right for me?
If you find yourself questioning your needs, how you feel, having the drive, but lacking the courage to boldly seek out your dreams, let’s talk.
If on paper you look great, but you wear a mask everyday, M.I.N.E. for Power may be right for you. Let’s talk!

Does this replace therapy?
